A few things about me and my music

Hello, I'm crystal.clear, I have been making music for about a year now

For my whole life music has been a part of my personality. I never really listened to music myself until I was about 12 but it was always around me. Sometimes it was from my parents putting music when I was a baby to lull me to sleep, sometimes from my dad turning on the car's radio, sometimes it was from parties I went to. Nevertheless I always listened to music everywhere

I believe the first album I listened to by myself was Graduation by Kanye West. I remember it very well: I wonder was trending and I really liked that song so I thought to myself, why not listen the whole album? And that's what I did. One time when i was outside with my friends, my best friend at that time, had to leave early and I didn't wanna talk to them that much so I was thinking of things to do and I remembered that I wanted to listen to that one album with I wonder on it.

That was my first real interaction with rap and hip-hop. Since then, rap has always been my favourite genre and I am always discovering new music to listen to and get inspired from.

Now let me talk about how I started making music...

Just like everyone since like... 2020 I started off with Bandlab, it was free and I could download it on my phone so I tried it out. Obviously my first songs were unlistenable so I deleted it. This happened for a few times until I bought a computer and one of my friends showed me that there was a free version of fl studio that was not illegal(it was the trial version). After making bad songs with it I found out about a mobile app called koala sampler, at that time I was really into sampling and when I saw that it replicated real hardware samplers, I knew I had to buy it. Since I got it as a christmas present with a midi pad I haven't stopped using it since.

Now I believe have gotten good enough to release a whole album and I'm currently making it.
